| The majority of Oceana's canned fish products are processed at the cannery in St Helena Bay. In order to ensure absolute freshness, the cleaning, processing and canning is all done within a few hours of the boat arriving at the quayside. Cannery personnel immediately clean and gut the fish and cut off the heads and tails, ensuring absolute freshness and a long shelf life. (All canneries are certified to produce Kosher and Halaal products) | ||||
