Jane graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, UK with a BA (Hons) degree in Public Administration and became a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) in 1994. She spent time working for Safeway Stores plc, UK and Pharmaceutical Benefit Management (Pty) Ltd, SA before joining the Oceana Group in 1997. Jane is currently the Group HR Manager of the Oceana Group.
