This commitment is based on the belief that business should be conducted honestly, fairly and legally. The Group expects all employees to share its commitment to high moral, ethical and legal standards.
The Oceana Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, first published in 1996 and reviewed in 2002 and November 2008, applies equally to all employees and compliance is mandatory
In addition to the Code, a Fraud Policy was issued in 2003. If employees become aware of, or suspect, a contravention of the Code or Policy, they are required to promptly utilize the anonymous whistle-blower facility to enable the matter to be investigated.
