An anonymous and secure whistle-blowing facility has been in place for many years. Its purpose and anonymity are emphasised at staff induction and training sessions. An awareness campaign was conducted in 2012 to remind employees that this facility continues to be available to them. The facility was also extended to Namibia during 2012.

Whistle Blowers encourages positive feedback from employees to stimulate deserving recognition and to build trust in the organisation.
